Sexual Orientation and LGBT

LGBT (or GLBT) is an initial that represents lesbian, gay, sexually open, and transsexual. Used since the 1990s, the term may be a variation of LGB initialism, which was wont to supplant the term gay in reference to the group of LGBT people from the mid to late 1980s.

Sexual direction is the enthusiastic, sincere, or physical attractiveness that an individual feels towards another person.

There are some types of sexual orientation; for instance:

  • Heterosexual
  • Homosexual
  • Bisexual
  • Asexual
