Brain Science and Resilience

Grief is an inescapable truth. Versatility is that indescribable quality that allows certain individuals to be torn apart by life and return essentially as solid as in the past. Perhaps, instead of letting difficulties or disappointment overcome them and channel their determination, they will discover how to be alive again.

Physicians have recognized some of the components that make an individual versatile, such as an uplifting perspective, good faith, the ability to direct feelings, and the ability to view disability as a kind of supportive contribution. The scan shows that good faith mitigates the effect of weight on the brain and body in the wake of upsetting encounters.
